This piece is called sidelines. It is a 20 x 20 original mixed media acrylic painting on canvas and framed in a silver floating frame. It was created to represent a line either on the sports field or in life how we stand on the sidelines waiting for an event or a moment either to occur or to pass, as we wait and choose our response.
This painting is part of a collection of figurative art pieces I’ve created over a small period of time. Each painting holds a significance of meaning to me as an artist and also as I bring it to the world for people to experience. The figures themselves have no faces so that the viewer can interpret the piece independently.
